Abstract

The adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the field of Human Resources (HR) is reshaping traditional practices and introducing transformative efficiencies that can optimize recruitment, training, employee engagement, and workforce analytics. As companies seek to leverage AI-driven tools, this paper explores how AI technologies have changed HR’s core functions, analyzing both the potential benefits and the challenges associated with their implementation. The study discusses the implications of AI in enhancing decision-making, reducing human bias, and fostering a more data-driven HR ecosystem. Furthermore, this research addresses ethical issues such as data privacy, transparency, and bias inherent in AI algorithms, emphasizing the need for HR professionals to navigate the trade-offs between technological efficiency and ethical responsibility. Finally, the paper offers practical recommendations for integrating AI into HR processes in a way that enhances both technological innovation and human-centric values. This discussion contributes to the growing body of knowledge on AI’s role in shaping the future of human resource management.
