Payment Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: December 22, 2024

Once an author's paper is accepted for publication in The International Research Journal of Multidisciplinary Studies and Excellence (IRJMSE), the registration for the publication phase begins. The author must pay the publication charges based on their category. It is mandatory that at least one author of an accepted paper registers to ensure the paper appears in the journal's publication issue.

Publication Charges

  • For Indian Authors: ₹1,000.00 INR
  • For International Authors: $40.00 USD (or ₹4,000.00 INR equivalent)

Payment Methods

  • Indian Authors: UPI, Razorpay (Cards/NetBanking/Wallets)
  • International Authors: PayPal

Publication Fee Includes

  • Online publication of one research paper (maximum 5 authors per paper)
  • Individual softcopy certificates for each author
  • Email confirmation of paper publication
  • Paper and author details handling
  • Basic formatting, unique paper ID assignment, and typesetting
  • Listing in the IRJMSE digital library
  • Indexing by Google Scholar and other platforms
  • Automated citation generator for published papers

Author Limit

A maximum of 5 authors are allowed per paper. Additional authors may incur extra charges.

Hardcopy Requests

Authors may request hard copies of certificates and the published paper. The following terms apply:

  • Hard copies are sent to the corresponding author only
  • Review all softcopy details (published paper, e-certificate) carefully
  • Report any errors within 3 days of receiving the softcopy email
  • No corrections will be made once hard copies are shipped
  • Ensure your address is correct; returned shipments due to incorrect addresses will not be reshipped without additional charges
  • Dispatch time: 1-2 months (depending on workload)
  • Dispatch schedule: Between the 25th and 31st of each month

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable by default.

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • No-shows
  • Extra-page fees
  • Excess or additional payments (considered as donations)

Once an article is accepted for publication, the Article Processing Charge (APC) is due. The submitting author is responsible for the APC, and IRJMSE will not issue refunds.

Exceptions

In genuine cases of accidental overpayment:

  • Submit refund request via email to [email protected]
  • Request must be made within 2 days of payment
  • A cancellation fee will apply
  • Refund processing time: 10-15 business days
  • Payment gateway charges will be deducted

Changes to This Policy

IRJMSE reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updates will be noted with a revised effective date at the top of this page. We encourage authors to review this policy periodically. By using our services, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to check this policy for modifications.
