Payment Terms & Conditions for The International Research Journal of Multidisciplinary Studies and Excellence (IRJMSE)
Once an author’s paper is accepted for publication in The International Research Journal of Multidisciplinary Studies and Excellence (IRJMSE), the registration for the publication phase begins. The author must pay the publication charges based on their category. It is mandatory that at least one author of an accepted paper registers to ensure the paper appears in the Journal's publication issue. Authors must pay the publication fees through the IRJMSE account, UPI only, or via our PayUMoney/Instamojo online payment link.
Paper Publication Fee Includes:
- Publication of one entire research paper online (maximum of 5 authors per paper).
- Softcopy of the certification of paper publishing (individual certificates for each author).
- Email confirmation regarding paper publication in IRJMSE (paper-wise).
- Paper and author details handling charges.
- Basic formatting, assignment of unique paper identification number, typesetting, publishing, and listing the paper in the IRJMSE digital library.
- Indexing by platforms like Google Scholar, and more.
- Provision of an automated citation generator for published papers.
Number of Authors for a Single Paper
A maximum of 5 authors are allowed for a single paper publication.
Terms and Conditions for Hardcopy Requests:
We will send hard copies of certificates (individually for each author), and one copy of the published paper to the corresponding author only. Please review all the details in the softcopies (i.e., published paper, and e-copy of the certificate). If any information is incorrect, inform us within 3 days of receiving this email. Once the hard copy is shipped, no corrections will be made.
We will process your hardcopy only after receiving your address details, or we will consider the provided address details as final. If the provided residential address is incorrect and the shipment is returned, we will NOT proceed further. (If the author still wishes to receive the hard copy again, additional charges will apply). Dispatching the hardcopy will take a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 2 months (in case of heavy load). We will dispatch the certificate between the 25th and 31st of every month.
Refund Policy:
By default, ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Payments for "no-shows," "extra-page fees," "excess payments," or "additional payments" are not refundable and will be considered donations.
Once an article has been accepted for publication, the Article Processing Charge (APC) is due. The submitting author is responsible for the APC, and IRJMSE will not issue refunds of any kind.
However, in genuine cases, such as an extra payment made by mistake, a refund request made no later than 2 days prior to the registration closing date will be processed with an applicable cancellation fee. All refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]. Refund requests postmarked after the registration closing date will not be accepted. All extra payment refund requests take 10 to 15 days to process, and applicable payment gateway charges will apply.

IRJMSE reserves the right to update this policy at any time. When updates are made, the revised date will be noted at the bottom of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to check this policy regularly for modifications.
